"Hurricane Rebound" for Multi Percussion and Tape
"Hurricane Rebound" by Joshua Albert is the third movement in a large work for Multi Percussion and Tape called Abstract Storm Mechanisms. It was premiered on a Master's Recital at UCF in 2017 and dedicated to my colleague Clive Chan.
The piece was written in Florida during the hurricane Irma. The intent of the tape is to emulate the chaos in the
